A.) For Orders Placed on This Website
We currently accept the following forms of payment for your convenience:
Credit/Debit Cards:
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dinner's Club, and Discover. All credit/debit card transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. In addition to the payment terms and conditions set forth by your debit or credit card issuer and/or bank, your payment must comply with the terms set forth in this payment policy listed below.
PayPal:
You can choose to pay using your PayPal account. This allows for a secure and convenient checkout process. PayPal transactions are subject to all payment terms and conditions set forth by PayPal, in addition to the payment terms set forth in the payment policy below.
Apple Pay
Pay using any payment method added to your Apple Pay account. Apple Pay transactions are subject to all payment terms and conditions set forth by Apple, in addition to the payment terms set forth in the payment policy below.
Google Pay:
Pay using any payment method uploaded to your Google Pay account. All Google Pay transactions are subject to all payment terms and conditions set forth by Google, in addition to the payment terms set forth in the payment policy below.
Amazon Pay:
Pay using the payment method and billing address you have saved to your Amazon account. (You'll still need to enter your shipping address, though). Customers who pay for their order using Amazon Pay are subject to all of the same terms and conditions set forth by Amazon when using your Amazon account, in addition to all of the terms listed in this payment policy below.
B.) Bank Statement
Your bank statement will show your transaction as "FESTIVAL DRIP". You will be billed only for the exact amount listed as "TOTAL" on the checkout payment page. The statement line item will include our contact number (260-337-8377) in case you have any questions about your order or payment.
C.) Accepted Payment Methods For Orders Placed In-Person (Point of Sale Vending)
We accept the following payment methods for face-to-face transactions, such as orders placed during vending events, merch booth purchases, and pop-up shops.
Point-of-Sale (POS)
POS purchases are made using a debit or credit card and a mobile card reader. This may include chip or mag strip (swipe) type transactions. All POS purchases are subject to the same acceptance terms and conditions as Credit/Debit Cards [Section 1.A-1] listed above, including the terms outlined within this Payment Policy. All customers who complete a purchase using a POS-style transaction will be required to sign a merchant copy of their receipt, including the order date and total amount of the purchase.
Zelle Pay
We accept Zelle as a payment method during live event vending for in-person transactions. All Zelle payments for orders placed with Festival Drip must go to:

2. Currency
A.) Default Currency
All prices listed on www.festivaldripofficial.com are in listed in USD (United States Dollar) by default.
B.) Currency Selection Tool
Shoppers who would like to pay for their order using a currency other than USD are encouraged to do so by using the Currency Selection Tool located on the upper right side header that appears on every page throughout this website. The Currency Selection Tool uses anonymous Geolocation technology to automatically select the type of currency that is most appropriate to your country and region. Customers may change their default currency by clicking the currency symbol located in the upper right header, scrolling through the list of currency codes, and selecting the type of currency that will be used to pay for your order.
C.) VPN & Anonymous Browsing
Please note that access this website using a VPN or Private/Anonymous browser may prevent the website from selecting the correct currency or change the currency code after loading a new page. For the best experience, we recommend disabling any VPNs or other technology that may interfere with Geolocation assistance while browsing this website.
D.) Updated Prices
Please note that product prices site wide will automatically be updated after a new default currency code is selected.
E.) Transactions Using Currency Other Than USD (United States Dollar)
It is the customers sole responsibility to make sure the correct currency is selected prior to completing payment.
Please note that, for your security, payments made using currency other than USD may be subject to a brief hold while the payment is processed. This is done to prevent fraudulent activity and to protect our customers.
F.) Limitations of Currencies
Although we offer a wide variety of currency payment options, current financial and technological restrictions prevent us from accepting all types of currency as payment. If your prefered currency is not listed in the Currency Selection Tool, we recommend contacting us to arrange an alternate form of payment for your order.
G.) Security & Payment Holds
All customers are subject to the same automated security conditions when making a payment. Customers with orders that are placed on hold after payment will receive an email informing them their order is on hold and, if applicable, any actions they can take to remove the hold on their order and so that it may be fulfilled and shipped. Automated payment holds, while rare, will typically only last 1-2 days and will automatically correct themselves as long as the order payment amount was authorized and captured at the time of payment. Please consider the possibility of a slight delay in fulfillment before placing your order.
H.) Declined Payments
If you received an email informing you that your order was placed on hold for longer than 3 days, or if you received an email informing you that your payment was declined, please contact Sales@festivaldripofficial or 260-337-8377 at your soonest convenience to complete payment for your order.
I.) Order Price Reservations
For your convenience, all orders that are not successfully completed for any reason during checkout will be held in reserve for a period no longer than 7 days from the time the first payment attempt was made. When an order is held in reserve, the total price is frozen and will not change for the length of time it is reserved. Any coupons, discounta, or sale prices applied to products in your order at the time it was reserved will still be active for a period of 7 days, even if the sale ends, coupon expires, or product prices increase, your order total will not be changed. This gives customers plenty of time to resolve payment issues and complete their order without penalty.

3. Payment Processing
* Payment is collected at the time of order placement. Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully authorized and captured.
* In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be confirmed or shipped until payment is successfully processed. We may contact you to resolve any payment issues.
4. Payment Security
We take the security of your payment information seriously. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure servers. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers after the transaction is complete. We comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws to ensure your information is safe.
5. Pricing and Taxes
* All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price you see at the time of checkout will be the final price charged for your order.
* Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. This will be displayed clearly during the checkout process.
6. Order Cancellation
* Orders can only be canceled before they have been sent to production. Order cancelations are not guaranteed. If more than 1 hour has passed since we received your cancelation request, it will be denied. 8. Chargebacks and Disputes
In case of any payment disputes or chargebacks, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our policies and relevant consumer protection laws.
Note that any customer suspected of filing a fraudulent chargeback will be held responsible for the full amount of the chargeback, plus eligible debt collection and legal fees. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from fraudulent customer chargebacks, including debt collection, a decrease in the customer's FICO credit score, or similar acts. Additionally, customers suspected of filing fraudulent chargebacks may have all associated accounts suspended, receive a permanent ban preventing them from accessing the website. Customers who pay back outstanding fees will be considered eligible for placing new orders on a case-by-case basis.

In the highly unlikely event that we are unable to reach a mutual agreement, you agree that all payment and order-related discrepancies between Strong and Stable LLC (DBA "Festival Drip") and our customers will be mediated by a 3rd party court in the state of New Mexico (Albuquerque Division). By making a payment on this website, Festival Drip and all customers agree to respect, honor, and abide by the verdict to be determined by a 3rd party mediator. You further agree that this 3rd party resolution will determine the resolution to all open, existing, or previous discrepancies that are payment or order-related up until that date and time. ["Payment and order-related" is defined as having an order number automatically generated after a customer makes a payment during checkout.] No further action, legal or otherwise, will be available to the customer at that juncture.
