Generally, you can expect to receive your order in less than 7 business days if you use free shipping.

Most orders come with free shipping! Free shipping in the U.S. means USPS First Class. This typically takes 1-4 days.

Because all our items are handmade, it typically takes 1-2 days to create your order before it is shipped. In rare cases or for highly personalized items it may take up to 5 days.

If you need your order before a specific date, we recommend paying for expedited shipping. We use FedEx Overnight and 2Day. Some items are not eligible for overnight shipping.

Mail carrier aren't perfect. If it's been longer than 15 days and you still have not received your item please message us to arrange a replacement or refund.

We automatically apply carrier shipping insurance to every package based on the type of shipping you select at checkout.

USPS Priority & Express
Insured for up to $50 the value of the item.

FedEx & UPS 2 Day or Overnight
Insured for up to $100 the value of the item.

Free Standard Shipping
These packages do not qualify for shipping insurance. As a result, if you selected this shipping option and your package is lost in transit we cannot file a claim for reimbursement and we cannot reship your package.

International Shipping
Insurance for international shipping varies depending on the carrier and shipping destination.

Unfortunately, this is unavoidable, but very rare. Buyers are responsible for tracking down and recovering any lost packages. We will assist buyers as much as possible in any pursuit of tracking, claiming, or the ultimate compensation for lost mail, however, we are responsible for your order only until it is placed in the mail, after which it is the sole responsibility of the mail carrier you selected upon checkout.

Be a smart and savvy online shopper. Download the USPS, FedEx, and UPS apps that give you more control over how and when you receive your package. Sign up for Informed Delivery to receive notifications for when your order will be delivered, or re-route it to another address.

You can return most items up to 30 days starting on the day the tracking says it was delivered. Buyer pays for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return your refund will be processed.

The state of California prevents us from accepting returns on the following items:

- Costumes
- Lingerie, Undergarments, Intimates
- Gift Cards
- Health and personal care items
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable products (anything edible)
- Digital products
- Some Sale or Clearance items
- Swimwear
- Items that have visibly been used, partially used, opened, or otherwise damaged.
- Any other product that may have come into contact with your junk.
