SHIPPING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Find answers to all shipping related questions for orders placed from Festival Drip including ship times, delivery times, lost packages, shipping insurance, and shipping hacks. 


Shipping Times

Most orders come with free shipping! Free shipping in the U.S. means USPS First Class. This typically takes 1-4 days depending on where you live. 


Because we sell a wide variety of items with variable shipping times, as a general rule, you can expect to receive your order in 7 days or less if you use our free shipping option, with rare exceptions. If you absolutely need to receive your item in less than 7 days, we strongly recommend selecting a express shipping method at checkout.


It typically takes 1-2 business days to make your items. Once it's in the mail and you have your tracking number, it takes 3-5 business days for your item to arrive if you selected free shipping (USPS First Class).


We also offer expedited shipping (1-3 Days via USPS Priority) and Overnight (1 day via FedEx Priority Express) as shipping upgrades for an additional cost.


For some items made by our production partners, delivery times might be longer. Each item should have an estimated delivery time visible when you get to the Checkout page. 


We will do our best to make sure your item gets to you by a specific date you need it, but we are not responsible for lost shipments, long delivery times, or stolen packages.

Do you offer Shipping Insurance?

We automatically apply carrier shipping insurance to every package based on the type of shipping you select at checkout.


USPS Priority & Express

Insured for up to $50 the value of the item.


FedEx & UPS 2 Day or Overnight

Insured for up to $100 the value of the item.


Free Standard Shipping

These packages do not qualify for shipping insurance. As a result, if you selected this shipping option and your package is lost in transit we cannot file a claim for reimbursement and we cannot reship your package.


International Shipping

Insurance for international shipping varies depending on the carrier and shipping destination.


Help, I think my package might be lost!

Buyers are responsible for tracking down and recovering any lost packages. We will assist buyers as much as possible in any pursuit of tracking, claiming, or the ultimate compensation for lost mail, however, we are responsible for your order only until it is placed in the mail, after which it is the sole responsibility of the mail carrier you selected upon checkout.
